After a distinguished career spanning 46 years as a Family Lawyer and business owner, I recently retired from legal practice but continue to offer my services as a Family Law Mediator.
My journey began in Port Lincoln in 1978, and by 1987, I had become a partner at JK & JR Alderman. I later became the sole proprietor of Alderman Redman Family Lawyers, which merged with Adelta Legal in 2018.
Since my retirement from legal practice I received the Law Society's Mary Kitson award for contributions to the advancement of women in the law and added to the South Australian Women's Honour Roll.
I continue to offer my extensive experience as a mediator, leveraging 25 years of practice as an NMAS-accredited mediator and FDRP based in Adelaide.
I am currently a nationally accredited mediator, a family dispute resolution practitioner (FDRP) and listed as a leading mediator in the Doyle's Guide.
Beyond my professional life, I am an avid bushwalker and traveller. I have a passion for reading, the theatre, and visual arts. I am also an accredited guide at the Art Gallery of South Australia, reflecting my deep appreciation for the arts.
